Where are we going?
Visiting Serengeti National Park is by itself one of the most unforgettable trips that nature lovers can take. If, in addition, we can explore UNESCO-protected areas like the Lake Manyara Biosphere Reserve, a sanctuary for hundreds of bird species and a resting place for large migrations of flamingos and pelicans, the experience becomes truly unique. Along the shore, all kinds of mammals can be seen observing the pink hues of the flamingos. Zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, leopards, and the famous tree-climbing lions are part of this incredible landscape.
After our essential visit to Serengeti National Park, we head toward the majestic Ondonyo Lengai, the sacred “Maasai” mountain and an active volcano that you can climb (a challenging 6-hour ascent at night to avoid the extreme heat of the area), culminating in a unique spectacle: seeing the boiling red lava with your own eyes. At the foot of this wonder lies an aquatic paradise for birds, Lake Natron, where hundreds of thousands of birds visit to feed on its nutrient-rich sulfated waters, teeming with tiny crustaceans.

Where do we stay?
In the park, at our mobile camp, we’ll feel as though we’re in the most remote place on Earth. We’ll discover how the species that inhabit the park thrive in this pristine wilderness and enjoy nights around the fire with a delicious dinner prepared by our Chef Grace, under the stars and accompanied by the unparalleled sounds of the African night. Our mobile camp is located in a unique spot—no one else can camp in this secluded area while we are there.
Finally, after an intense journey exploring the breathtaking nature of Tanzania, we will spend two nights at **Africa Amini Life**, a peaceful retreat run entirely by the local inhabitants, the Maasai warriors. In this haven of tranquility, our hosts will teach us how to use their spears, treat us to their famous athletic dances, and invite us to sit around the fire for a drink while they share stories about their people, culture, and future. An incredible lodge, managed exclusively by 100% local small businesses, offering authenticity and creating a positive impact on Tanzanian communities.
